Posted by The Cardiff and County Club visited us on Thursday 11th July. This had taken 4 years in planning ?? but I think the wait was worth it.
They arrived at 11am at the Tower Brewery and were offered samples of the product, the sampling took longer than anticipated.
A conducted tour and lecture then followed given by the Brewery owner John Mills which was both humorous and instructive .
We returned to the Club for an excellent lunch,they left the Club at 4.45 pm , most seem to be asleep by the time they dropped me in Overseal
